I am not currently offering classes on Zoom, but when I am:​

Suggested Props for your home practice:

1 yoga mat
-
2 yoga blocks (two stacks of books will work if each stack is secured in pillow cases: 6" x 8.5" x 4")
-
2 yoga blankets (blankets on the thin side will work)

1 yoga strap (if you don't have one, a belt or a towel will work)
-
1 large yoga bolster (a long couch cushion will work: ballpark dimensions 24" x 6" x 10")
